A key aim of the Millom Network Centre is to continue to support the people and businesses in the local community with effective education and training.   As part of the Copeland Work and Skills Partnership, a group of organisations that works together to increase employment and training opportunities, and with other local and regional partners we are developing a sustainable offer of support, education and training.

Our core offer as a Centre includes:

  • Information and Advice
  • Education
  • Training
Mike Askew

Education and Training Coordinator.

“The Network Centre has historically supported a large number of people from Millom and the surrounding area by delivering a wide range of training and education courses – allowing many to gain much needed qualifications. Our aim is to continue with this, plus explore other ways we can support individuals and businesses to develop. We also believe developing strong partnerships is key to making sure Millom attracts a broader range of services needed for the future development of the town and its people.”
